Wild Feminine Rising Women’s Retreat in Cornwall
Overview
Three nights at the most enchanting retreat centre nestled in its own private woodland & gardens. Which really feels like such a beautiful community home. The Michael ley line runs right through the house and grounds making it a place that is deeply activating and transformative.
It has a magical woodland and mossy stream and a fugou, which is an ancient man-made cave or earth temple which holds such sacred energy.
Itinerary
This is what we have planned…
- Womb heart activation in the Fugou
- Embodied somatic movement
- An evening dance at the stone circle ‘The Merry Maidens’
- Ceremony connecting with the medicines of cacao, rose, mugwort and more!
- Forgaging
- Sauna ceremony (experience the utter bliss of Lithuania piritis Sauna ceremony, using leaf whisks and scrubs from local herbs and leaves)
- Cold dipping in the stream
- Wild Breathwork journey in the woods
- Making nature mandalas
- Sea swims
- Nourishing home cooked meals
- Time to be and unfurl amongst the ferns & spring flowers.
We will try and hold as much of these as we can outside in the ancient woodland, and on the magical lands of the retreat centre.This retreat is a space for women, to remember the power we hold in our female bodies.
In a time of such great awakening this retreat is a space to drop deep into the wisdom of our bodies and to be held, fully held, in the power of the landscape of Rosemerryn and West Cornwall, once known as the Shining Lands. So our wild, infinite, true nature can emerge.
