The dance and Cacao is a truly freeing experience. Luisa held the space for us with no judgement or expectation, I dance like I’m 8 again it’s been emotional magical and I 100% recommend it. I’m so happy that I have included this my self care calendar.

I’ve been Dancing with Freedom since the beginning and these dances have become so much more significant in my life than I could ever have imagined. This is powerful! Each dance feels like a totally different journey but each brings me deep connection to myself, to the earth, to those around me. It has brought me a clarity and peace like no other practice I’ve encountered! I come away each time with new understandings and deep insights but at the same time there is so much space for the silliness playfulness and laughter; a light hearted joy I haven’t felt since childhood!
